I live in Chicopee, MA and I used NU - FACE  Home improvements for my siding, bathroom, bay window and sliding glass door. Junior and his crew did the siding. They were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the fantastic work they did. They were so nice and respectful. They were a great group of guys who work very well together and really enjoy what they do. They actually looked like they were having fun while they worked. I’m going to miss them lol. I also had my bathroom done by Mike who was also just as amazing and respectful and funny, he also explained things as he went and my dogs liked him. The guys that did the door and window, their names escape me, I’m so sorry, but they were  also super nice and they did it  quicker than I was expecting and both my window and door look great. I want to thank everyone at NU-FACE that worked with us, this company is by far the best experience I’ve ever had and I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you Junior and crew, Mike, Mark and Ted, I’m really sorry I can’t remember the names of the guys who did my window and door but, thank you to them as well. If I could give this company thousands of stars I would. I feel like this review doesn’t do them justice. If you want this amazing experience, hire them. The communication with Nu-Face for this project was really exceptional. The door itself is very well built and looks great. Installation was very quick, about an hour and the installers did a good job of protecting the area around where they were working.

We had used Nuface for siding and another project and when the time came for a new roof we went to them immediately and we are glad we did. Ramon, the supervisor, said they would get it done in one day and they did, working until 9pm to get the roof finished and all the cleanup done. Danny and his crew did an exceptional job, very clean and efficient. And Ramon was wonderful, even saving us money on the bill. 2020: My husband and I have used NuFace for two projects on our house so far. They first did our windows, which turned out excellently. The team worked efficiently for a 1-day install, and we have noticed a difference in the temperature of our house. Because of this marvelous work, we also went with NuFace for our siding and for new gutters. This big project took 4 days, and went very efficiently again. It gave our house a stunning new look. The only down side we found in our overall experience was that there wasn't clear communication with the material companies, the NuFace crew team, and the leadership. For both projects, materials arrived after the work crews did. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the appearance and the quality of the materials and the workmanship of the NuFace crew.
Both times we worked with sales rep Al Gyurko, who was great to work with and is an excellent representation of the professionalism and care that NuFace has with its customers. Ask for Al if you go with NuFace!
Update 2026: NuFace’s service department helped us with a window seal failure. Scott was efficient and professional!
