What can I say, from the moment the sales person came into my home he treated me with respect by not pushing anything on me.  He showed me three different windows, he explained the difference s in them and allowed me to choose the one I wanted.
Next, dealing with the office personnel, also polite and caring in her voice. Let me choose when I wanted them installed, didn’t harass me into getting them installed as soon as they were delivered to their company.
And next the installation, well as before, the men who came to install were again polite and courteous.  They went about their work, they all knew their job and worked like a well oiled machine.  They also worked in 90 degree weather.  I never heard a complaint from anyone.
Would I use Nuface company again in future jobs, you bet.  I encourage to give them a call if you have work to be done on your home.  Recently NuFace did screen storm doors and gutters to my home. It was a continuation of the same great service I received in the past, Scot was very concerned that I was please with the project and how it came out. A big five stars for Scot and NuFace again. This is the 4th followup I have requested and been so generously granted, by Service Manager Scott Balch.  I cannot begin to state how knowledgeable, competent and energetic this delightful man is!!  If you own a home you had better hire Nu-Face just to get to Scott!  He has been an amazing, heat loss, bat exiter and now Rat exclusion expert for this single woman in her times of need!!! Nu-Face , is absolutely amazing, I 100% recommend . Every one from Peter who gave me a gave me a step by step walkthrough of the process, Danny who did the installation and Jenn (and I can not go without mentioning the team that was on Our property from start to finish) not only do we now have the most beautiful roof in our area , and the envy of all our neighbors, the way the cleaned up , you could never tell they were here .

I had a patio door installed by NuFace a few years back. Chris Cianci is my rep. My dogs ruined the screen. I called NuFace to get a cost for a new screen. Within minutes I received a call back. They had all my information and I asked for some pictures. Simple and easy to text them pics. A few minutes another call. Pretty sure it was Alyssa. She said they would be able to come out in a few days and they would re-screen the door at no cost. NO COST. My wife and I couldn't believe it. 3 days later, we have a brand new screen. Scott the tech was perfect. Clean and neat. Knew exactly what to do. Nu-Face is amazing. Our next home project will be with NuFace

Nu Face contractor Scott who did work in my home on a past project did excellent. Called Nu face today for a door issue and within the hour they sent Scott from Nu Face and fixed issue immediately. We had Nu-Face install new windows for our porch and vinyl siding for our house. They did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend them!  Reggie and his crew were professional, thorough, and paid attention to detail! They were always on time and they left our property each day in better shape than they found it. Our neighbor even commented how clean they were! Jen the project manager was great to work with as well!
