All we can say is that NU-FACE service was EXCELLENT from start to finish! Everyone was very intelligent and knowledgeable. Thank you to Mark Quiterio-sales, Ted-the mesauring guy, Ramon Ortiz-Project Mgr, Christian-and siding crew, and all the ladies in the office who coordinated, communicated all steps. All work was completed on time and the yard was very nicely cleaned up. We highly recommend NU-FACE for all your home improvements. We are very satisfied! Thank you!!!

After buying a home that hasn’t been renovated since it was built in the 70s, we have had many home improvements. Nuface did our shower/bathroom and it is the only improvement that has not needed to be repaired due to poor installation. I will be working with them from now on!

Could not be happier with Nu-Face and the entire team. The PMs Ramon and Jenn kept us informed and things running smoothly. Dave and his team had every window in our house installed in one day and left the house immaculate. And I can’t say enough good things about Edgar and his siding install team. They were the hardest workers I’ve ever seen and did an amazing job. The transformation of our home is incredible. Thank you Nu-Face!

What can I say, from the moment the sales person came into my home he treated me with respect by not pushing anything on me. He showed me three different windows, he explained the difference s in them and allowed me to choose the one I wanted.
Next, dealing with the office personnel, also polite and caring in her voice. Let me choose when I wanted them installed, didn’t harass me into getting them installed as soon as they were delivered to their company.
And next the installation, well as before, the men who came to install were again polite and courteous. They went about their work, they all knew their job and worked like a well oiled machine. They also worked in 90 degree weather. I never heard a complaint from anyone.
Would I use Nuface company again in future jobs, you bet. I encourage to give them a call if you have work to be done on your home. Recently NuFace did screen storm doors and gutters to my home. It was a continuation of the same great service I received in the past, Scot was very concerned that I was please with the project and how it came out. A big five stars for Scot and NuFace again. Again I highly recommend this company from start to finish.

This is the 4th followup I have requested and been so generously granted, by Service Manager Scott Balch. I cannot begin to state how knowledgeable, competent and energetic this delightful man is!! If you own a home you had better hire Nu-Face just to get to Scott! He has been an amazing, heat loss, bat exiter and now Rat exclusion expert for this single woman in her times of need!!! He is extremely respectful even when we are clueless!!!

Nu-Face , is absolutely amazing, I 100% recommend . Every one from Peter who gave me a gave me a step by step walkthrough of the process, Danny who did the installation and Jenn (and I can not go without mentioning the team that was on Our property from start to finish) not only do we now have the most beautiful roof in our area , and the envy of all our neighbors, the way the cleaned up , you could never tell they were here .

I had a patio door installed by NuFace a few years back. Chris Cianci is my rep. My dogs ruined the screen. I called NuFace to get a cost for a new screen. Within minutes I received a call back. They had all my information and I asked for some pictures. Simple and easy to text them pics. A few minutes another call. Pretty sure it was Alyssa. She said they would be able to come out in a few days and they would re-screen the door at no cost. NO COST. My wife and I couldn't believe it. 3 days later, we have a brand new screen. Scott the tech was perfect. Clean and neat. Knew exactly what to do. Nu-Face is amazing. Our next home project will be with NuFace
What a fantastic experience

Ordered 2 exterior doors, 3 storm doors and a large sliding window. I chose some really nice doors and am so happy with them - the past winter was so much warmer. We encountered a few issues which were promptly and cheerfully addressed and handled by Alyssa and Tina. Scott, along with the other installers were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you!

We had Nu-Face install new windows for our porch and vinyl siding for our house. They did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend them! Reggie and his crew were professional, thorough, and paid attention to detail! They were always on time and they left our property each day in better shape than they found it. Our neighbor even commented how clean they were! Jen the project manager was great to work with as well!

Right from our first meeting with Nicholas (sales rep), we had such a positive experience with the Nu-Face staff. Leo and his team did a beautiful job siding “this old house”. They were respectful of our property, cleaning up the yard after each day’s work. Jenn, Ted, Jade and other office staff responded quickly to any questions we had. The work was beautiful and customer service was outstanding.

Had my roof, fascia, and gutters redone. Everything was completed within a week even in face of weather difficulties. Nu-Face would not leave me hanging unless I felt 100% satisfied and stated that if anything ever happens they respect their warranties and are a call away. Thank you, Danny, Ramon, Jennifer, Tiago, everyone I spoke to from the office, and the Gutter Crew.

We had our siding and windows done by Nu Face years ago. I am very happy we chose them. I called because we had an issue with our window. Scott came out quickly to fix it and checked on other things on the spot. Their customer service is exceptional and Scott has always been easy to communicate with. We are so happy we chose them!

Peter was our initial contact with this company. He is also the reason we went with this bathroom remodel. He explained everything to a tee and his kindness and professionalism was like no other salesperson we have ever dealt with over our 40 plus years in this house.
Alfredo was the contractor assigned to our remodel and just like Peter, he was very professional and meticulous with his work ethic. We have already recommended this company to 3 of our friends/neighbors.

From the moment I contacted Nu-Face, the experience from beginning to end was wonderful. I needed 3 good sized windows replaced. Price was very reasonable for the quality of work and most importantly, the job was done on a mobile home. Several firms that I contacted prior to learning about Nu-Face would not even consider the project. With Nu-Face, there were no questions asked, just the willingness to get the work done to my satisfaction. I will most certainly use them again.

My recent project involved a new front door installation, both a storm door and front door, perfect installation but we had a little issue that involved a small crack in the frame, so I contacted Nu-face and they immediately set me up for repair which involved a whole new installation of the frame and a new storm door adjuster. Scott and Ramon were the service techs. The full attention that they gave was unlike any home improvement situation I've dealt with before. They literally re-installed the whole door, just to fix those minor issues. This speaks volumes of these techs and of the Nu-Face firm. Thank you. If anyone needs one reason to consider them for Home Improvement, this is certainly it. Quality care before, during and after!

We cannot say enough kind words about NuFace and their exceptional crew. As first-time homeowners, we didn’t know where to start when it came to replacing our windows. After many quotes, we tried our luck with NuFace. From our first meeting with the delightful Dominick (he was the reason we signed on!) to the installation day and everything in between, the NuFace team truly exceeded expectations. They were kind, professional, and reassuring all the way. I couldn’t believe how quickly they worked on installation day— in a matter of hours our house was completely transformed. I would recommended this family company to everyone I know! They should be called Nu-SMILE-on-your-Face because that’s exactly what they do: leave you smiling. Thank you, NuFace!

I had to have a complete front door, with sidelights, replaced. From my first meeting with Chris to EVERYONE along the way, each person was professional, courteous and friendly. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and even accommodated with my install date. The carpenter team arrived as scheduled and on time. The door install was done in a few hours and my home was left clean, nothing for me to do. I will definitely call them again and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing their services (large or small).

Nu-Face CT recently completed a siding job (+ gutters) on our detached garage and we were very pleased with our experience from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was excellent and the installers, Ramone and Tiago were great! They were very professional and considerate throughout the install, wanting to ensure that we were happy with the end result. Nicholas came out to give me a quote for a walk in shower today. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional! He knew their products well, gave me some options, walked me through the process and gave me a proposal for me to consider before he left and I didn't feel pressured at all to make a decision on the spot, which is something that was very important to me.
