Nu-Face Home Improvements was founded on a simple but powerful idea: integrity should come before sales. After more than 25 years in the home improvement industry, working in many facets from managing major retail operations and private remodeling teams alike, Joe DeCiuceis saw an opportunity to build something better. In 2011, he launched Nu-Face Home Improvements with a commitment to transparency, craftsmanship, and simply doing right by every homeowner.

Joe had seen how high-pressure tactics and rushed decisions left families feeling uncertain about their investments. He believed homeowners deserved time, education, and straightforward answers. That belief became the foundation of Nu-Face and guided it to become a company where relationships matter more than quotas and quality always outweighs shortcuts.

A Family-Led Commitment to Excellence

Nu-Face Home Improvements has always been family owned and operated. When Joe’s son, Anthony, joined the business, it strengthened the company’s mission and reinforced its long-term vision. Together, this father-son duo leads a team that approaches every project with care, professionalism, and pride in workmanship.

Anthony grew up watching his father and learning the trade, eventually following in his footsteps to become a foundational member of the Nu-Face team. He serves as the co-owner of the company, working hard every day to take on new responsibilities, hone his craft, and build Nu-Face with the company’s mission at heart. Joe and Anthony intend to make Nu-Face a true family tradition that will serve the families of Connecticut and Massachusetts for generations to come.
